Eligibility for Return/Refund
Returns and refunds are accepted only if the customer receives a damaged product or an incorrect product. Any such issue must be reported within 2 days of receiving the order.
Mandatory Unboxing Video
To be eligible for a refund or replacement claim, customers must provide a clear and uninterrupted unboxing video showing the package being opened from its sealed condition. Claims for damaged, missing, or incorrect products without a valid unboxing video may not be accepted.
Item Condition
The product must be unused, unworn, and returned in its original condition with all tags, accessories, and packaging intact. Products that are damaged due to customer handling, altered, soiled, or missing original packaging/tags will not be eligible for a refund and may be returned to the customer at their expense.
Sale & Discounted Products
Products purchased during sale periods, promotional offers, or at discounted prices are not eligible for return or refund unless they are damaged or incorrectly delivered.
Return Pickup
We offer reverse pickup services in select locations based on courier availability. Approved return requests will be picked up within 3–5 business days. If reverse pickup is unavailable in your area, customers may self-ship the product to our designated address within 7 days of return approval using a reliable courier service.
Refund Process
Once the returned product is received and successfully passes our quality inspection, the refund will be processed within 7 business days to the original payment method.
Cancellation & Refund

- No cancellation or refund if your order has been accepted or shipped.
